The greatest exercise for me would definitely be weight training.

Bodybuilding is my passion and this section hosts a gallery of bodybuilders whom I admire and draw inspiration from, be it for competition or just to staying fit and muscular for own self-esteem.

These are fellow bodybuilders who have built fantastic physique, the result of pure passion, dedication and hard work with good training know-how.

Escapades | Sarawak, Malaysia

Had a good trip overall, though we had a half-day flight delay going there, rained in between while we were there, and to top it off, somebody took our luggage mistaken for his own when we came back home.
